The RPM displayed on the computer connected to the EM-70 and the tachometer installed in the car have different readings. If the PC shows 3000 rpm, the tachometer shows 1500 rpm that almost 2 times the difference. But if the RPM in the PC is more than 3500, then the tachometer shows the same rpm as the PC. I can't solve the issue in the EM-70. Now the factory is exchanging ECU to LINK G4X. And the tachometer problem will go back to normal, which I hope it will.
Today Noon, the factory sent me a video file and attached the message was "Congrarulations!". This video shows the tachometer issue is solved, I think. I was disappointed when I got an EMS malfunction, but now I'm happy. I appreciate it, factory guy. I am grateful for your hard work.
実はEM-70実装後のタコメータの不具合についてはこれまで書いてきませんでした。
これまでウェーバアルファやHaltechのECUを使ってきましたが、詳しい説明は割愛しますがEMS EM-70に換装したのが2019年のことです。この時、EM-70に接続したパソコンで回転数が1500回転となっていても、実際のタコメータは3000rpmを示すような現象が現れました。しかし回転数が3500rpmを超えるとパソコン上での回転数とタコメータの回転数が同じなります。パソコン上の表示とタコメータの表示が同じになるように色々EM-70の設定を変更しましたがダメで、たとえ3500rpm以下の回転数が2倍表示になっても走行時にオーバーレブさせる訳でもないので放置することにしました。
今回LINKのECUに交換するにあたり、この現象が消えて元の正常な状態に戻ることを期待していました。そんな話を昨日LINEで工場の人とやりとりしていたら、昼頃正常に動作しているビデオファイルと「おめでとうございますw」というメッセージが届きました。
ビデオファイルを見ると確かにタコメータが成長に動いているっぽい。
もぉ、工場の人の努力に感謝、感謝ですよ。
ECUが接続エラーで壊れた時は正直ガッカリしましたが、今は多少の遠回りはありましたが超ハッピーです。
